The new consumer article for today is Reasons Why You Want A Buyer's Agent. Lots of people don't believe how much difference it makes, but it does. My goal on every transaction is to make a difference of ten percent or more. Haven't missed it in quite a while, and that doesn't count the turkeys I talk people out of buying.
